Remembering the Elvis legacy
as an
Elvis Tribute Artist
I was born with a song in my heart and singing as far back as I can remember. I loved to sing many types of songs and for years frequented karaoke venues just to sing. A friend, who I was helping select a sound system, asked me to sing while in the store to try out the system, so I sang My Way Elvis style and that's when it all began. After the clapping died down from employees and customers, he told me I was to perform an Elvis show at his summer party. My wife then took me to Graceland and I was hooked! I invested in the Red Lion costume, made by the same designers that made Elvis's costumes, and the rest is history!

I offer live shows that vary in length according to what you want, but my normal length is approximately 75 minutes, singing a variety of Elvis favorites. People hire me for private parties, wedding receptions, assisted living homes, festivals, church events, and as a surprise for Elvis lovers. My stage name is Memphis.
This video is from an outdoor private party - I was singing Elvis's "My Boy".

Marian Cocke was Elvis's nurse for the last few years of his life and often stayed at Graceland to take care of him. We became friends and my wife and I had lunch with her and later visited her at her home. She also stayed at our house in GA when she came to do book signings for her book "I Called Him Babe" at my wife's wellness center.
Priscilla and Lisa Marie were sharing stories and facts about Elvis called Conversations About Elvis to an audience during Elvis Week , and we were excited to be part of that audience.
Lisa Marie was signing autographs after her talk on stage and I was fortunate to meet her and get her autograph, even to grasp her hand in mine - that was such a memorable moment.
Cindy Pepper starred in the movie Kissin' Cousins with Elvis. It was an honor to meet her.
These newsmen from Germany interviewed me and took photos for their newspaper back home in Germany.
Many people have asked me for an autograph, especially when visiting Graceland, but this lady wanted her shirt autographed while wearing it. She also said the words on photo.
